ELWI GmbH has been founded to assign fully developed technologies to interested companies and investors. Those technologies are superior because of the single crystal structure of their products, from as grown surfaces through the body of the product, which can have any shape or geometry. The surfaces are free of strain, because they have been grown from liquid material into their final shape. Coatings deposited on to them will grow in the same crystal structure as the body has and will not separate at highest acceleration and under rapid thermal changes. The gained copyrights through issued patents guarantee exclusivity when passed on to the new owners.

till now against the industrial world which to some extent has tried to assess those developments in illegal ways. Those were not successful because the know-how we gained over 40 years
of practical work was opposing those attempts.

Basically
We provide all needed know-how to become a successful user of single crystal products, which have been grown to their final shape and were not treated mechanically. Those as grown products have a good number of technical advantages and are lower in production costs.
They have a higher thermal conductivity of 21%, a higher electrical conductivity of 10% in single crystal copper wires and foils, the tensile strength goes up to 650N/mm2 and corrosion is not a subject at all.
Experts
Our services contain technical support by experts in material science and developments, from basics in crystal growth, building equipment and profitable serial productions. Those products are wafers of silicon and germanium and other semiconductors which are directly extruded from the melt in plates downwards from the furnace to minimize the dislocation density. The adjustable tensile strenght in copper and lowest corrosion is a good replacement for the electrical overhead lines for electrical trains.

We know the markets of our single crystal products and support the take over with our background knowledge and technical supportive arguments.
There is no alternative, either one has a crystal structure with all gained advantages or one has a grain structure with all disadvantages. We recommend the take over of a technology together with the gained copyright through granted patents and with the new technology companies can be purchased to upgrade their common products.

About us:
It all started from practical work, as a sales man of crystal growth equipment I learned the details of the equipment by building it and teaching the customer when having sold it how to asemble and use it. This way I learned about the customers interest and work and through that route I went through the fields of physics, mechanics and even chemistry. That ovr years gained know-how I installed into the equipment I built in which any mode of crystal growth can be practiced without any major changes, leading into serial productions to gain solid profits.
